چکیده

هدف پژوهش، واکاوی منابع کارآمدی جمعی از تجارب ورزشکاران تیم ملی والیبال ایران بود. در این مطالعه با رویکردی کیفی از روش پدیدار‌شناسی استفاده شد. جامعة مورد پژوهش، ده ورزشکاران مرد عضو تیم ملی والیبال در سال 2014 بودند که به صورت هدفمند و در دسترس بود. ده مشارکت‌کننده به‌طور داوطلبانه در این مطالعه شرکت کردند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمون مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. اعتبار و قابلیت اعتماد نتایج مناسب بود. منابع کارآمدی جمعی در قالب 6 کد تبیینیِ "دستاوردهای تیمی"، "تمرین‌های تیمی"، "تعاملات بین‌تیمی"، "حامیان تیمی"، "کارآمدی مربی" و "وحدت روانی تیمی" شناسایی گردید. نتایج این پژوهش از جنبه‌ای مشابه دیگر تئوری‌های موجود و از جنبه‌ای مکمل و خاص است. پژوهش حاضر اهمیت دادن به موضوع کارآمدی جمعی برای رسیدن به موفقیت‌های بیشتر والیبال ایران در عرصه‌های بین‌اللملی را پیشنهاد می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of the study was to explore the collective efficacy sources of the experiences of Iran's national team volleyball athletes. This was a qualitative study and applied phenomenology as its methodology. The sample under investigation was the men athletes of volleyball national team in 2014, who were selected purposefully and access sampling. The participants were 10 volunteers. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data, which were analyzed using content analysis. Validity and reliability of the results was appropriate. The findings were categorized in 6 explanatory Code of "team achievements", "team training", "interaction between the team", "team supporters", "coach efficient " and "unity of mental team" were identified. The findings were similar to other theories and were complementary and special in some regards. This study will offering the importance of the issue of collective efficacy to achieve further successes in the areas of international for Iran's volleyball team.
