چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت سرمایةروان‌شناختی بازیکنان فوتبال و رابطة علی آن با رهبری معنوی با توجه به نقش میانجی سرمایةاجتماعی در لیگ آسیا ویژن استان فارس بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه بازیکنان فوتبالیست لیگ آسیا ویژن استان فارس بودند که با توجه به حجم جامعة آماری (180N= )حجم نمونه برابر با جامعه در نظر گرفته شد و از روش نمونه‌گیری کل شمار استفاده شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده از پرسش‌نامه استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به کمک روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار لیزرل انجام پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد که وضعیت سرمایةروان‌شناختی در بین بازیکنان لیگ در حد متوسط بود، همچنین نتایج نشان دادند که رهبری معنوی هم به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم از طریق سرمایةاجتماعی بر روی سرمایةروان‌شناختی بازیکنان تأثیرگذار است. با توجه به نتایج مربیان با سبک رهبری معنوی می‌توانند وضعیت سرمایةروان‌شناختی را بهبود بخشیده و عملکرد بهتری را از تیم مشاهده کنند.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of football players’ psychological capital and its causal relationship with the spiritual leadership with regard to the role of social capital in the Asia Vision League in Fars province. The study type was descriptive-correlational. The population of the study consisted of all football players involved in Asia Vision League in Fars province. Considering the statistical population size (N=180), the sample size was equal to the statistical population, and it was used the whole population sampling method. To collect data, questionnaire was used. Data was analyzed using structural equation modeling using LISREL software. The results showed that the psychological capital of players in the league was found to be moderate, the results also showed that the spiritual leadership could influence the player's psychological capital both directly and indirectly through the social capital.
